About us

ITandWebSupport Ltd was founded in March 2016 and was initially intended to provide support for the life science market. However, after many years spent supporting companies with IT solutions, the company changed its name to state what it actually does, which is IT and web support.  It became apparent that small businesses in particular often had to use different providers for their different IT needs, e.g. ERP, Microsoft support, CRM and web site. This could result in increased problems, increased cost and increased downtime as well as increased management time. ITandWebSupport Ltd therefore implemented three solutions with which to overcome these problems.

  1. The company name was changed to ITandWebSupport, to reflect what the company actually does.
  2. The company became an authorised distributor for Odoo, a leading international provider of integrated IT solutions.
  3. The company implemented a simple method of providing IT support for Microsoft products, e,g, through standardising ticketing systems and charging according to use.

 

Today, ITandWebSupport is happy to manage web sites, Microsoft support, CRM and ERP support, depending on the level of integration and the budgets of the companies concerned. For customers, this means only one contact point for all the IT needs, saving time and money. It also means that customers can have as much or as little integration as they wish. Additionally, ITandWebSupport has a low overhead business model, so that customers can obtain a single point of contact for all their IT needs at a most competitive cost.
